Did anyone else catch in the flashback to the fire (Chapter 11, page 74) where it says "She wanted to show us something. Something...horrible. AMY called her a freak and pushed her. Lillian fell...."
I spent a good deal of the book (until I realized it was Kayla who apparently pushed Lillian) wondering who Amy was?
I tweeted a question to Natasha Preston, will see if she answers.

Can confirm that it was an editing issue because my copy says Kayla!
