Because the main characters are both BISEXUAL and thus LGBTQ+ even while in a m/f relationship!

I'm guessing it's because the main character refers to relationships in her past and at least one was with a woman (Sam). There is a lesbian side character and a flamboyant gay actor. Another central character seems to be pansexual or bisexual. I wouldn't really consider it LGBT though.
