Shea Ernshaw Thank you so much for the question Kara! A History of Wild Places will be shelved as psychological thriller/suspense in the adult genre. There are minor topics of drug use and suicide in the early chapters. So as long as those themes are ok, the rest of the book should be ok for YA readers. Hi favorite author!!! I LOVE Wicked Deep & Winterwood and noticed how the town of Sparrow was mentioned in Winterwood...do you think you will ever do a crossover with the characters from the different books? (Or maybe a small cameo moment?)
