I've only read the Six of Crows duology, not the Shadow and Bone books. Can I read this, or will I not understand? (Not interested in reading Shadow and Bone)

Z If u want but i would definitely recommend shadow and bone series. its really good and would help u understand majority of what happens. Zoya, Nikolai..... and other characters are in those books so i would suggest:

1) The Demon in the Wood (Book 0.5 of Trilogy. Novella. Prequal to all books.)

2) Shadow and Bone (Book 1 of Trilogy)
3) The Tailor (Book 1.5 of Trilogy. Novella)
4) Siege and Storm (Book 2 of Trilogy)
5) Ruin and Rising (Book 3 of Trilogy)

6) Six of Crows (Book 1 of Duology)
7) Crooked Kingdom (Book 2 of Duology)

8) King of Scars (Book 1 of Duology)
9) Rule of Wolves (Book 2 of Duology)

The Language of Thorns: Midnight Tales and Dangerous Magic (This is a collection of stories not relating to the book. You can read them any time.
