Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Beth Parris My book is my autobiography and I want to inspire anyone who can relate to my story that although they might have a horrible past, they can have an amazing future. Scared to be Me in a nutshell - I share how I suffered from low self-esteem, lost my grandmother who was like my mother, lived from house to house after her death, got molested at the age of 15 years old and in my adult years from 18 to 31 I was in a controlling relationship.
