Goodreads asked T.L. Brown:

How do you get inspired to write?

T.L. Brown I believe inspiration can come from anywhere. If I read a book that really excites me (A.J. Hackwith's "The Library of the Unwritten" is a perfect example), then I want to get a swirling story out of my head and onto paper as fast as I can. My conversations with my husband can move my writing forward, too. He asks great questions and before you know it, I'm back on the laptop! Music can help me better envision a character. "Sympathy for the Devil" by The Rolling Stones always brings Templeton (from "Door to Door") to mind. ;-)
