I've almost finished the first book in the Master of War series and I just wanted to tell you how utterly fantastic I think it is. I have books 2 &3 already waiting. Keep doing what you do so well. Andy, thanks for your generous comments. It's always a pleasure to hear from my readers. I'm very fortunate with fans for the Master of War series but usually have howls of disbelief at the death of characters as the books continue. So, I hope you enjoy the journey. Best wishes, David.

Hi David, I was very impressed with the Englishman especially the scenes from the Mali war as well as the Russian penal colony. Such a level of realism and scenes are unusual for a book in English. May I know did you carry out the research for this as such information are not easily available in English language?
