How many pages is 'How to Talk to a Goddess'? I got the audioARC from NetGalley and I'm just wondering if it's in the 500 range or 600 range.

Hello, Ms. Barker! I've written to you on your site before, but I had a couple more questions and comments as I've been reading through "Thinking Woman's Guide to Real Magic" again... One, how do the patronymics work exactly? And does Aruendiel have a 'first' name, not just a patronymic? And my other question- is Micher Samle the professor (Farmer Dahmer) that Nora bumps into at the beginning of the novel?
