Chloe, I have really enjoyed your playlists in the Bergman books. When you write do you start with music or do you match the music after you have the story on the page?

Chloe Liese Hi Lynn! Thanks so much—I'm glad you've enjoyed the playlists :). I tend to have a handful of songs already on deck when I start drafting that capture the mood and arc of the story, and that's what I start with. Then, as I go, I tend to find songs that fit a chapter. I listen to those on a loop as I write that chapter, and they're typically the song that goes on the playlist for that chapter. Sometimes there are a few chapters I never found songs for until they were drafted, then I have fun finding one that captures its feeling.

I am about to finish Only and Forever and to say that I read the Bergman Book's in an inordinately fast time would be an understatement. They were all so wonderful and there was something in each book that hooked me. This one especially since I am also T1 Diabetic. Do you know someone that is diabetic or did you do your research?
