Do you think Lord Crane could be a practitioner/shaman if he got the training? Stephen says he's not a shaman, but possessed Monk calls Crane a shaman, and Crane does have a lot of magic in his blood thanks to his ancestor.

No: he's a battery, no ability to manipulate the power himself! Monk's wrong, because he doesn't understand why Crane's got the power.
