Lori T I think she was definitely sorry for initiating the contact with Terry, ultimately leading to her death - there were several references to that towards the end of the story. Also, Juno alluded to her regret to 'going after' Winnie as the book wound up. I think Juno was sorry for taking things too far, once again, with her 'patients'

Erica d'Angelo In addition to previous answers, I would like to add that her being the "ghost" Dakota saw could have aggravated his already fragile mental health.
Dale Rosenberg She was sorry because the whole tragedy was due to her meddling. She realized that she had destroyed this family just like she had destroyed her own, through getting too involved in other people's lives.

Tomi I feel that she was sorry for getting involved with the family in the first place and she was the reason that Terry was killed. It's possible that she realised that Sam was Winnie's son but its not likely.
