And, even if her glasses did reflect the basilisk, they're still "see-through" so she would still have seen it.
Another theory would be that she took them off to cry, as a person who wears glasses I know it's hard to cry in them. So, if I cry, I take them off and only put them on again when my eyes are dry, so I don't make the lens dirty.(less)
