At the end nesta changes her and feyre’s pelvis to have Illyrian babies so why does she not change Elain’s. Is this a hint that Elain is not gonna be with an Illyrian?

I would assume so... But I would think that her ending up with Az would have been just way to convenient. But yeah I bought about that detail too:)
