Hi Mr. Gibbs, what was your inspiration to make Ben in the S.S series, also, why did you give him the gift of mathematics?

Stuart Gibbs Ben is for the most part supposed to be a normal person that all readers will relate to, but I wanted him to be very smart and have a skill that didn't seem like it would be very helpful to spy, but which turned out to be very usefull.
