Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Ashlee Dunn I was talking with a good friend about my struggles with addiction. She asked me why I had never told her about it before. I admitted I was ashamed of my alcohol intake, especially since I was a yoga teacher. She responded "But Ashlee, this sounds just like my life. I have the same problems." In that moment, I realized that there were probably many others just like us. I decided to put my ego aside, tell my dark stories, and hopefully help others.
