Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Adam snowflake I just thought about a premise that I could use to keep straight people from complaining that my story is to diverse. So I created a setting where there can't not be diversity. I still get my work called special snowflake often, but my last name is snowflake so I guess their calling me special right? haha but no in all honesty I understand while people detest my work and I understand why people love it. But at the end of the day as long as its agnowleged I'm happy. :D
