I am currently working on the first of a trilogy of historical fiction set in the Spanish colonies in the fifteenth century. Told through the eyes of women in societies where history has largely ignored them, the trilogy follows three women whose lives and fates are inextricably interwoven. One of them will go down as the architect of one of the bloodiest massacres in history.
