Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Harker Jones I had an unrequited crush on this beautiful boy who went to the same university I did. He worked at the Coach store in the mall and so we dubbed him Coach Boy (we were so creative). I sent him a letter telling him about the crush. He was very sweet. He called me and we chatted and he was very nice, but he had a boyfriend. So I channeled all those emotions into this book. I know how to find him (Coach Boy), but he still has no idea that he was the impetus for a novel.
