I started reading this gorgeous book, but just noticed that my library has an audio version--if the narrator is able to pronounce the Wiradjuri words, than I think this would be a great book to listen to. Can anyone tell me if the narration of the audio version is a good one?

Yes the narration is excellent! Would highly recommend.

I listened and found this book so slow and boring. It was a slog to get through. The narrator voice had no inflection at all.

I found the audio difficult to follow because there are three perspectives. I don’t think the narrator adjusted his voice enough to give the effect of three voices.

Agree with Olivia - definitely worth getting the audio book.

That's a great idea, thank you for suggesting it. The dictionary(Albert's entries) is the only part I am enjoying from this novel. I'd love to be able to listen to the language.
