Thanks for the heads up--we're recording it and I will pass judgment later. On the positive side, sometimes the TV or film version is better than the original--I think that's the case of Susan Hill's The Woman in Black. On the negative side, it has Jenna Coleman in it and I couldn't stand her on Doctor Who. If she plays Elizabeth the same perky way, I'll probably throw something at the TV.

Not really a question, but just wanted to thank you for the fun I had last night reading your reviews of the LPW and assorted Mary Balogh books. Getting the "Lady Helena" book from my library right now. Which other authors do you particularly like as re-reading material?
