Book 8 probably won't be coming out till around November-December 2021: I don't know the date yet, I'm afraid, and I don't know when it'll be available for preorder.
Book 8 will be the end of the current narrative arc. There may be more Library books in the future (Irene and Kai or otherwise), or different books: I need to write up outlines and do research and so on. (And get them accepted by the publishers.)
