For Wednesday's Book, I got the idea from a short story prompt from W.R. Gingell, and then it snowballed from there into a retelling of Swan Lake.
For my October release, Oak and Ivy, I've wanted to retell Tam Lin for AGES. It was one of the first story ideas that I had, it just took a while for the proper characters, setting, and POVs to come clear.
