I started the official translation in Italian of Priest of Bones. I must say, a great book so far! Are there plans to translate the series in other languages?

Can we expect a world map eventually? I'm a bit of a nerd that way. I'd like to get a closer look at some of the neighbouring towns mentioned in the series.
