Have you considered making your books available on other platforms besides Amazon? This will greatly help the unfortunates like myself who reside in a country (Malaysia) that is not eligible for Kindle books.

Matthew Lee I know this is frustrating and for that I apologize. I have tried other platforms extensively, including Smashwords, Nook, Apple, Kobo, Apple, Barnes & Noble (US and UK), Scribd, and Blio. Smashwords further spread my titles across many other platforms. The sales from these other companies simply do not support me. Add to that Amazon's exclusivity clause, in which I cannot make any book published elsewhere available on Amazon's KDP Select program, and I've cut hundreds of dollars from my monthly income. It's sad and frustrating but Amazon, for now, rules this world.
