Naturally, the screen adaptation gives you a more visual picture of the entire surroundings of the people involved in the story, but the book gives you more depth to the storyline, which may affect how you view each character, but the screen adaption did make this series more inclusive of a larger population because of the actors chosen to fill the different roles. You will enjoy both just a bit differently.(less)
