I am a descendant of the Carcaux family (and many others) in this book, A Chronological History of Early French-Canadian Families: The First 60 Years. I am trying to find documents for the DAR supporting the fact that Nicholas Carcaux fought in the American Revolution but I do not find him in the U.S., Revolutionary War Rolls, 1775-1783. Can you help me?

The reference is to a magazine article I read which was pre-Katrina at the Biloxi library of the Mississippi Coast Historical & Genealogical Society. Maybe the Biloxi library can help you with finding a copy of the article.
