Mr.Langan I really love you stories, honestly. I have one question, What inspires you to right such stories related to other teenagers and kids?

Paul Langan Thanks so much, Imari! Many things inspire me, and I could write all day explaining them, but I don't have time.

Here's the short answer. I experienced a number of events growing up--things that were missing from the books I read in high school. I created the Bluford Series to tell the stories that were missing and show the struggles REAL kids face. These stories matter and deserve to be told.

There's tons of fantasy and science fiction in teen fiction--and that's fine. But there is room for real life too. The Bluford Series tries to deliver it--and maybe, along the way, help out young people facing these same challenges. That's my goal.
