How do you get inspired to write?

Debbie Mitchell My writing classes in college and high school were my favorite. I loved writing short stories. I have always wanted to write a book but had no idea how to start. Leslie invited me to go to an authors convention last year and we got to meet so many amazing people and became friends. This year on an adventure we met Dove Cavanaugh King (before she wrote a book) and we all kind of pushed each other to go for it. She's published two books now and the way she writes is simply AMAZING! I aspire to someday be that good.
