I was under the impression the book was out already, and have been looking for "Hideout" everywhere. Amazon appears to only have the audible version available. Is this another unfortunate instance of a change of title (in certain locations)? I recall that when I attempted to purchase "Hunter," I couldn't find it for months, until I stumbled across it under the (European?) title "Just One Bite."

Thanks for searching! There's no American publisher for it yet, but the Australian edition ships everywhere via Book Depository and several other retailers. Audio is also available worldwide (I think). It's just the ebook that's affected. Hope you like it!

I bought a copy at ebook.com (Singapore). I didn’t like their reading app (didn’t have two-page layout, which is my choice on an iPad), so I read the web version.
