Therese asked:

The dog's name was Sultan in "The stranger diaries." In "The postscript murders' it's Shylock. Is this just a mistake, or was there a variation between British and American editions? Thanks.

Allison In my book (British) the Kaurs' dog is called Starsky! I did notice some editing errors in this one though, which is funny because one of the characters says (of publishing) "they don't seem to use proofreaders much any more."
Rhinnan Just finished the US Kindle version. Dog’s name is Sultan.
Gretchen Bernet-Ward In my hardback edition (Australian) the family dog is called Starsky. I also found several proofreading errors. The ending of the book seems to parody the book itself.
Tena Frank Just finished the US version from my library. Dog is Sultan.
Francine In the US ebook version it's still Sultan, but they could have updated it to fix an error by the time I read it.
Kendra I started out listening to the audiobook, and the dog was called Starsky. I switched to the Kindle version for the last half and was thrown off by the dog's name changing to Sultan.
Jennifer Bee In Canada, it's still Sultan!
