What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Ziz AbdurRaoof Holding my book in hand the first time ...I kept saying to myself “this is surreal as if it had not actually occurred.” I had to shift my mind and own the fact that I was a published author and yes, my book is out there for people to read and pass judgment. So, as a new author I’d say the best thing about being an author is sharing your work with the world to make an positive impact.
