I am dying to read Broken but including Amazon, none of the stores sell it to my 3rd world country as always. (How would an e-book be unavailable in my country Amazon???) How can I read Broken? Please help.

Hmm... that's weird as Broken should be across all of the Amazon's. Which Amazon site do you shop from? Once I know, I can take a look and see what's going on with the ebook in that particular Amazon site.
