How do you get inspired to write?

Jane Shand Once I have an idea I have to write. I also give myself a daily wordcount. I have found the more specific that is, the better. At the moment it is 1000 words a day. This should mean that on a 5 day working week I could finish the first draft of my second novel by the end of Feb 2021.
