I found it very interesting that Deepdean's was based on Cheltenham's Ladies College, a boarding school you previously attended when you were a student. What elements of your experiences there was incorporated in your series?

It was! I put in a lot of my own experiences, good and bad - everything happened apart from the murders, basically!

I really love your books, especially ASOM-I'd always wanted to see Hazel go to Hong Kong ! I have two questions about it- in MMU, Hazel's dad called her mum Lin, but then in ASOM, she was Ka Yan -was Lin her nickname? Second, I have a Chinese friend who's also a fan and she thought it was unusual Mr Wong's wives had his name - was it bc of the 1930 law change to stop them being outsiders in husband's family?

Hi Robin. My first language is French but I am also fluent in English and German. I have read books 1-4 in French but I realised there are not any more French additions of books 5-9. I want to read them with my family but they can't speak English fluently like I can. My question is that can I get books 5-9 in German as we all speak that fluently? Italian would be fine also but I'd prefer a German translation. Thanks!
