Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kelly Rippon I love books especially self-help and nonfiction. I must admit I thought about writing a book many times and even started one a few times but did not know how to connect ideas to paper. I was approached after the Olympics about the message I wrote on the porch after my divorce. The more I was asked to explain what it was about and my motives behind it the more I saw a book develop.
