Ok wait...didn't Baker negotiate Dunc's villa for his friends for July? And then that was just totally forgotten and they came in hurricane season? Did I miss something?

Baker needed the villa in July (for the school auction winner, not the school wives) and once he got it arranged, it was not important to the story and dropped. Then in August when the school wives were visiting, their hotel was evacuated and we have to assume they left the island before the hurricane and again, no longer part of the story.(less)
