Why did Percy purposefully not wet the sponge at Delacroix's execution? Just because he was a psycho or because he had a reason? I thought the whole burning thing would be a bigger deal but it wasn't. Did Percy really have a reason that I just missed?
Eva Percy wanted Del to suffer because he laughed when Percy wet himself.
