Hand write, then organize it somewhere. I have pretty journals that I write. Ideally then put them in the same day in the lap-top/computer file.
Put thoughts in poetry in order to smile at the judgmental voice, so important to do something that will bring out the critic and 'discuss' with 'him'
'ok is like learning the bycicle I will fall and get up and scar but at least I moved the muscles and now I will never forget it no matter the different paths I'll chose to ride it.' Accepting your own critic and making friend with will be easier to accept rejection comments or reviewes.
