Gail Young
Gail Young asked Bruce Beckham:

I want to start my fishing buddy on the Skelgill series, but I can't remember which early book has a lengthy, detailed description of him fishing and making tea! I read most of the series on Kindle Unlimited but no longer subscribe (can't afford right now). I can't purchase all the books individually, although I'd love to! Could you please help me out? Thanks!!!

Bruce Beckham Hi Gail - thanks for the question - I think the scene you refer to is in 'Murder in the Mind' - where Skelgill is trying to impress a Swedish female psychologist whom he has been charged to chaperone. The contraption referred to as a 'Kelly kettle' really does exist, by the way - just Google it - many fisherman use them, although perhaps not in so cavalier a fashion as Skelgill! Hope this helps - and thanks for your support! Bruce
