However, my wife went to a neurologist for the first time earlier today (October 27, 2020) and he strongly recommended she get the book to help with stress/anxiety to help better manage her mild essential tremor and insomnia. So, I would say that, yes it is still relevant. Also, fwiw, he specifically mentioned this version as opposed to the revised edition. Others here have said the content is pretty much the same in either book. I hope that is helpful for you.(less)
