No. Slow Burn will be a standalone book. New readers will not have to have read The Driven Trilogy to read Slow Burn at all. I wanted to make sure it truly is a standalone. Rylee and Colton make appearances just as Becks and Haddie do in Driven/Fueled/Crashed but they do not carry the story by any means. (I've had people who did not read the trilogy read Slow Burn to make sure everything is explained and nothing is inferred).

I just finished reading The Driven Series and I LOVE IT SO MUCH, I'm forever in love with Colton & Rylee and I'm hooked up with your books...for life! One of the few BEST books I've read so far. Thank you so much for writting wonderful books such as this one, Kristy. I'll be starting Beck and Haddie's story now! Do we get to know Shane's story?
