Mr. Kapf, I just wanted to comment on "Prelude to Extinction." I'm 74 years old and have been reading science fiction since I read a short story called "The "Barnhouse Effect" when I was in high school. I was looking for some new hard science fiction and saw your book on amazon. It was excellent! Great story line, good science, well fleshed-out characters, a "page turner." Am awaiting you next offering. (?)

Andreas Karpf Thanks so much for your note – I’m glad you enjoyed the story. It turns out I’m a Vonnegut fan too, but I haven’t yet read “Report on the Barnhouse Effect. I’ll definitely look it up in the coming weeks. I’m working on a sequel to “Prelude to Extinction” now; my plan is to have it out by the fall of 2021.
