There isn't a book 3 of Butcher of the Bay. The story continues in the Hannaford Prep series. The end of this book is the start of book 3 of Hannaford Prep (The first 2 overlap timelines. Book 1 is when the Wolf leaves the bay to go to school) You want to read these.
Hannaford Prep focuses on the Wolf, but the Butcher and Odette pop in and out and play a main part in the story line. The first book barely mentions the bay, because like she told Butcher, Lips is trying for a new start. But as the series goes on, she is dragged back to the bay.
