Luna Nope. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were born in 1949/1950 so they most possibly started Hogwarts in 1960. (By the way, happy one-day late birthday Mrs. Weasley!) 1960's the year both Lily and James were born, so there's no way the four of them could've met at Hogwarts. And Arthur and Molly weren't part of the original Order of the Phoenix and they couldn't have met at the Ministry because James nor Lily worked. Not to mention that comment Mrs. Weasley made in the Goblet of Fire where she said the Whomping Willow was planted after her time and it was planted in Lupin's year, aka. James and Lily's year. As far as we know, it's likely that they're paths never crossed.
