What was it like having the secret ingredient turn in to a hallmark movie?

It was so exciting. Hallmark did such a wonderful job bringing that story to life. I'll admit I was too bad Gray in the book turned into a dog named George in the movie, but I still loved it. The actors were perfect, and I loved that Erin Cahill is a Virginia girl like me. She was so perfect in that role.

If you enjoyed The Secret Ingredient I think you'll love Sand Dollar Cove too. Hallmark optioned that book too. It was supposed to shoot this year, but the pandemic pushed many of the movies out...Sand Dollar Cove among them. Hopefully, it will shoot next year.

Thanks so much for the question. Every movie with Hallmark has been such a thrill. They are a wonderful team to work with. It's been a dream come true for me.
