Hi Isabel, it was much more difficult than I thought it would be! I had to send the manuscript to lots of different agents until one of them decided to take me on as a client, and then she sent the manuscript to lots of different publishers until one of them decided to publish the book. And then I had to work with my publisher to edit the book until it was good enough to publish!
