David Tudor asked this question about
The Sentence is Death (Hawthorne & Horowitz #2):
SPOILER ALERT *** The very last paragraph of the book refers to the letter that Gregory Taylor wrote - revealing the cause of his death - and which he wanted his sister to pass on to his wife after six months. But the sister passed the letter to the police instead, thus presumably invalidating the insurance payout that Taylor wanted his wife to get. Why would his sister do this?
