I am not sure it is realistic. He had a reason to kill his wife and Paula. The other two were random. Could have been a cover for the other two. I don't think he considered the death of a prostitute or a drug addict important.

I think, based on his comments while on patrol with Mickey, that he had a general disdain for all of the street girls. Maybe even general misogyny.
