What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Lillie Lainoff I've wanted to be a writer since I was five (no joke, my Mom laminated my "what do you want to be when you grow up" school assignment for posterity.) Maybe I couldn't spell "ritr" then, but I knew I desperately wanted to be the person who thought up the stories found in books. And that dream never died, never changed, only ever grew in strength. So the best thing about being a writer? I'm living out little Lillie's dream.
