Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rena Manse Keir and Myah's story rattled around in my brain for a couple of years before it actually made it to 'paper'. It really came about because I wanted a hero who was sweet, tough, damaged, and shy, and had no idea just how adorable he was because he was too busy simply living life (or trying to).

It just took awhile for his character to form. Meanwhile I needed a type of woman who could be strong enough to take him, yet compliment him enough.
